Privacy Policy — Pattern Bricks

This privacy policy applies to the Pattern Bricks mobile application (com.patternblocks.app).

Summary

Pattern Bricks v1 is a local-only app. Patterns you create are stored on your device. We do not require an account, and this release does not sync your patterns to our servers.

Data we store on your device

The app may store:

Pattern titles and geometry (shape placements, viewport)
App preferences needed to run the editor (for example session flags)

This data stays in on-device storage (including a local database). Uninstalling the app or clearing app storage deletes it, subject to your device’s normal backup behavior.

Data we do not collect (v1)

For this release we do not:

Create user accounts or offer sign-in
Upload patterns to a cloud database
Show ads or use ad trackers
Access your contacts, photos, microphone, or precise location for product features
Sell personal information

Internet access

The app may still include platform components that can use the network (for example OS services). Pattern create/edit/save in v1 does not depend on a Pattern Bricks cloud backend.

Children’s privacy

Pattern Bricks is suitable for general audiences and educational use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because v1 is local-only without accounts, we do not operate an online profile for users.

Future versions

A later version may add optional sign-in and cloud sync. If that ships, this policy will be updated before those features are enabled, and you will be able to review the new terms.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app’s data practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
